1. Where are your products made?
All of our baked goods are handmade in Scotland using traditional recipes and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Every order is prepared fresh in our bakery before being shipped to your door.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. You can view options at checkout or contact us for more details.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK orders, please allow 2–5 working days for delivery. International orders may take longer depending on location. We’ll send you a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

4. How should I store my baked goods?
To keep your treats fresh, store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Some items, like our cakes or rolls, may benefit from refrigeration and can also be frozen for longer shelf life.

5. Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Our bakery handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Full ingredient lists and allergy info are available on each product page.

6. Do you offer gift packaging or personalized messages?
Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, and many of our products are available in gift-ready packaging. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or sending a taste of Scotland to someone special.
